He used some compound and was able to get some of the lighter spots off but has scheduled it for service "detail" on Tuesday. We are anxious to see the paint after that. We are hopeful the paint looks new when we pick it up."

He used some compound and was able to get some of the lighter spots off but has scheduled it for service "detail" on Tuesday. We are anxious to see the paint after that. But, the sales manager honored the trade in value from the other dealership even after waiting 4 months from the time I placed my order. When you're spending $70k on a vehicle, sometimes the gestures make all the difference.The location is terrific for us even with the higher sales tax compared to other cities. I absolutely LOVE my Q7 and I think my husband is now convinced to move from BMW to Audi next time too. Well done!"
