Audi Clean Diesel to another level

Diesel engines have long been associated with dirty, loud, smelly trucks, but Audi is one of the brands seeking to destroy that image and replace it with a cleaner, and more efficient one. Diesel fuel has 15% more energy than gasoline, making it better for fuel economy, and in the long run better for the environment. The Audi A7 is one of the models which is offered in a Audi TDI Clean Diesel option, getting 240 horsepower and up to 38 highway miles per gallon.

What's more, Audi is working with a company called Sunfire to develop an e-diesel made of carbon dioxide (C02), water and renewable energy like wind and solar energy, known as Blue Crude.

Here at Audi North Scottsdale we know our Phoenix area customers want something sustainable, but powerful with great fuel economy, which is why we carry a vast selection of new Audi models to give you a choice in what you get.

We have shared a great explanation of the Blue Crude e-diesel production process, and what it means for the future and for the climate. Come in for a test drive of our TDI inventory, and see what it's like to be part of a solution.
