Service Appointments:
For your convenience, it is recommended that you call our service department for a service reservation. Reservations are available during normal service hours and can be made online or by calling our service department. In the event that no service reservation is made, every effort will be made to see that your vehicle is addressed as quickly as possible. Alternative Transportation:
Audi North Scottsdale keeps a fleet of over 50 Audi service loaners on hand while your car is in the shop for warranty work. We will do our best to insure you have an Audi when you come in for warranty work. If you prefer; we offer alternative transportation through a Luxury Sedan Company. The Luxury Sedan Company runs during normal business hours and usually takes 10-20 minutes to arrive once called, they will gladly take you home, to the office, the local mall for shopping, or the local airport while we service your vehicle.
In the event that our entire Audi fleet is in service we offer Avis loaner vehicles. We also have Rental Service Vehicles through Avis while your vehicle is in service if your car is outside of the warranty period.
