Summer is coming soon and for those of you looking for something to get the most out of the weather, the 2013 Audi TT is a great convertible. It's a stylish ride with more than enough power under the hood to get you up and going in the blink of an eye. As much as we love it, we're excited for the next model year and, with a little help from our new Audi experts, we have some choice details to whet our automotive appetites.
As it turns out, we'll be seeing a bit of a new look with the 2014 Audi TT. Walter de Silva, head of the Volkswagen Group design, has said that it will be incorporating elements from the first and second generation of the TT along with some new design choices that will be sure to please old and new fans alike. What we'll soon see, in his own words, "looks TT, 100 percent, but in a different way."1
It an exciting prospect, to be sure. From what we know now, the sides and rear will keep with the familiar TT character, but from the front it will look like no other Audi we've seen before. It's being built on Volkswagen's MBQ platform, which offers a longer wheelbase while being both lighter and stiffer than the previous models. With engine options like turbocharged gasoline and diesel, we'll get a speedier vehicle with incredible fuel efficiency to boot.
That's not to say all of our current Audi models don't offer great fuel consumption with the speed and elegance that will, to say the least, get you noticed. If you've got the perfect model in mind, or even if you don't, come on down to our Phoenix, AZ dealership. We'll show you around the lineup, give you all the details, and even get you out in a joyride so you can experience the luxury first-hand.
